Our health center is located in the historic village of Cohocton. We have been offering primary care, pediatrics, and geriatric services since the early 1970’s. In 1974, one of Tri-County’s well-known physicians, Dr. Paul Frame, practiced out of this health center, where we continue his commitment to clinical family medicine.
At Cohocton, we see patients at birth, as children and teens, into adulthood, and as they age. We consider it a great privilege to treat people in our community through all stages of their lives.
