Senior Director of Care Management Services

She grew up in a very large family and has always considered herself a natural caregiver.

She started as a Nurse’s aide and advanced her education to align with her growing passion for patient care. After 20 years in nursing, she enjoys managing and mentoring staff which allows her to share her knowledge and assist others in their growth.

Brenda Pruden came to Tri-County Family Medicine in 2019 as an RN Care Manager. Since then, she has transitioned into other positions including Care Management Coordinator, and Nursing Supervisor and in 2021 became the Director of Clinical Operations where she would oversee all clinical operations including Nursing, Clerical, and Care Management staff. Brenda has since transitioned into a new role as Senior Director of Care Management Services.

She is motivated by Tri-County because everyone is working so hard to give the very best to our patients. She likes to say, “teamwork makes the dream work.”

In her spare time, she likes to find adventures with her family. She also enjoys cooking, baking, and kayaking.
